In short, last night's Democratic Party's Judicial Nominating Convention for Justice of the State Supreme Court, First Judicial District (three vacancies), designated the following for the November, 2010, General Election ballot.(Further details to follow later when The Flacks Report resumes.)
Jeffrey Oing.......Matthew Cooper.......Cynthia Kern
Odds-on favorites for next year: Manny Mendez (¿Porque no Analisa Torres?) and Ellen Gesmer. And a Civil Court spot for Lex. Club favorite Michael Lee Katz.

Support for perennial candidate Katz is fading fast. Smart money on Edwards. The Lex Club can't close the deal with Katz. Tisch will lose face on this one.
